Zoom Contact Center 管理员可手动控制 RTMS 流：启动、暂停与停止

Zoom Contact Center 的 RTMS 支持管理员通过 API 手动控制流，可执行 start、stop、pause、resume 四种操作。使用需管理员权限与 RTMS 许可证，应用需添加 contact_center_rtms:write:admin 权限范围，并在集成设置中关闭 auto 开关。调用时以 PUT 请求携带活跃 engagement ID 和已授权应用的 client ID，可程序化或按流程事件触发。
